Local train seats were provided instead of the regular pushback seater. Paid for the push back seat but instead we got a seat with no leg rest and without a push back. Worst experience

food not upto standard.the supplier never use gloves,and not clean.Also please avoid petty sales persons and also some ladies begging in side coaches.the TTR must be
more strict in this matter

i struggled a lot with my aged mother either platform 3 or 5..confirm tkt said 3..Where is my train app said platform 5 ... The train will arrive at.. .. confirm TKT
failed to give correct information...No wake up alarm ....while reaching the destination...

train starts at punctual time and also arrived Trichy. (2) train coach and toilets are not maintained well. seat adjustment cannot be done.(3) food cost can be raised but good quality and quantity to be maintained.

while comparing with a/c coach it's very poor and very bad cockroach fully in passengers seat and bathroom all cushion torn fittings hand rest loosen and broken... tight windows full compartment dirty. sorry to share

very bad .. all fellows entered in the reservation coach and even for toilet unable to cross the people ..
we were in crematorium during the travel .. increase the general compartments and don't frustrate the reserving people.
kind of cheating on reservation ..

recently we traveled in pallavan express which was a good travel the problem is there is a problem in reservation and they separated the family members and the train had delayed 23 minutes

cons:-seats are like wooden fealing,unwanted beggers interrupted more,unreserved persons interrupted &occupied toilet spaces unnesassary private salesman's interrupted between compartments..It's all important interruptions for lady passengers.

2nd class chair car seats not comfortable. sitting this is bus type that is. 3 person s occupied. seats unreserve. person enter compartment occuiped siting. way bathroom ladies more problems facing. superfast charge pay this train not super fast speed not reach correct time trichy junction pls reply

Pantry car is there ? No or very limited food supplied with not hot or very worst to say. Waiting for snacks to come, but no way. Only biscuits came along all the coaches. Better change the coach position middle of all coaches. Only then we will get good food. Even for coffee came after 2 hours. We passengers to wait. Overall worst service. Bettet remove the pantry car.

Every thing is ok but the only problem is the beggars disturbness, because some beggars they are playing adverse role of a disease vector and spreading communicable diseases.
To assist these neglected people's The Indian Railways can charge @ Rs one per passenger, Rs 15 per monthly season ticket and 1% for other services, from the collected amount it can be spent for the welfare of the neglected persons through concerned state government.
