Delayed by 1 hour & apart from that when it was raining water coming inside from windows after closing the windows also and legs space all luggage was getting wet

Subject: Poor Experience with Water Facilities in Toilet
Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently traveled on Train no 12760 from Hyderabad to Chennai Beach and was disappointed to find that the toilet in my coach did not have water. This made the entire journey uncomfortable and unhygienic. As a passenger, it's basic amenities like these that matter a lot.
I hope you will look into this issue and take necessary steps to ensure that all toilets in coaches have adequate water supply.

please start the train from Nampally only we have so many problems to reach charlapally and charlapally station is not having any facilities

No water available in B3 coaching right from originating station, gave complaint. ...in Guntur concerned person arrived and told water is filled, but in the midnight found....no water,.. again

the rest rooms of 2 nd AC are horrible.
my wife Andal s bed could not be unfolded( back rest portion lock did not work and hence backrest portion
could not be folded to make horizontal.
Compartment was unclean.
wonder why such important trains to Andhra and Telengana are not maintained well.
I find Trains in tamil nadu alone are very well maintained. Railways to look in to this on priority. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

i am not happy this is 4' th time not getting full berth, for long journey passangers can you provide full berth then only they will satisfy include ( me also ) requesting please provide me full berth for next journey onwards

No water in bathroom too smelly. No charging points at seats every time tickets price were increased in the name of development but the quality becoming worst than ever.

small sugetions in case reservation passengers dont catch the train kindly refund the at least some amount. reservation passenger does not catch the train that seat TRY allotted another persion. they are paid full amount. so railway dept getting double amount and late people loss by ticket amount they paid for another general ticket amount. so kindly think and help we are Indians.

blocked Taktal Tickets for 3 days of 22,23,24 August in IRCTC Website. Atlast got Ticket in Premium Taktal at Rs.1055 on 26.08.2018 for Rs500 ticket. It is fair thing... ?Whom to ask and who to ask....

the b1 couch tte Mr.nakesvara rao is money making person ,he doesn't cleared single RAC by rules,only money givers {up to rs.500)is getting berth,he came only 18.30 hours check only ,after that he simply sitting in. his berth whom the give money only So kindly take necessary action against him .
