No punctuality.Late by 90 minutes.No train is keeping time. Food quality served in train was poor.Overall a bad experience.

ac cooling in Coach A was too low . The toilet functionality and cleaning was much poor compared to 3A in other southern trains . The Coach Ticker Inspector was so friendly with all passengers and more helpful in assisting.

The TTE allowed indiscriminate crowd without reservation to travel in sleeper class highly inconveniencing the genuine passengers.

good. experience. only night time so many hindi people (boys). without reservation stay in choch. it was making not good sleep as to safe our leakage s. it should be controlled. Kumar.

Complaints 1.The toilet was stinking.water with urine was stagnating on the floor mat which was laid haphazardly. No response from the given mobile no. 2. Could not retrieve PNR status. 3. No message for confirmation. 4. No options for changing boarding point. Suggestion I canceled a ticket for the journey on2/1/2019. There was no information as to which account the amount was refunded. The answer i got was: "to the same account in which you booked thevticet". this is not sufficient as i have 4 accounts and 2 credit cards. I use any one of them. But when the message of refund is received i am compelled to check 6 accounts, not once but several time to confirm. You can rewrite the program to send the message as: "Cancellation is successful and amount if ...... refunded to your hdfc/credit card no or what ever acc" please upgrade.

very bad experience there is no difference between unreserved and reserved compartment there were many who boarded the train with unreserved ticket some of the TT had collected fine and entertain them in the same compartment shame on it they get bribe

TTE CAME ONLY AT Kozhikode to check the ticket..we got into the train at kannur...there is a huge gap..there are lot of ticket holder got into the reserved coaches with unreservd tkts.peopl sits n sleeps on the way which hindrancds regular passengers...
