Very worst journey experience with this train. There was no water, too many maintenance issues in this train.

Rats were running in the train. Punctuality is zero. Train was not even cleaned before coming to platform.

Train not clean. Cockroch, Mouse are there in seats. Told attendants to spray for cockroch but they didn't respond.. Humsafar train quality become worst. We are paying so much and don't getting the facilities. Toilet are blocked of B4 coach, so much dirty.

बाथरूम बहुत गंदी है और अटेंडेंट को कोई मतलब नहीं है उसको सिर्फ सोने की पडी है किसी को तकिया चाहिए या फिर कंबल इसे उसको कोई लेना देना नहीं है उसको सोने से मतलब है

Washroom was not clean properly. Handwash bottle was also empty. Towel was also missing from sleeping bagpa ck.

The coach wash basin pipe was braked n the water was glowing towards the coach n when I have msg for the cleaning the floor no one came for that really the journey was extremely bad

train was delayed but it was comfortable journey.there was the unavailability of food in the night so I didnot get dinner.but you must ensure your food before boarding the train but overall it was good experience.
