this is a pathetic train on which I have travelled. This train has very bad records for years and continues. Toilets are dirty, over crowded, food quality everything is so so horrible ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

sabse ghatiya coach nhi to tube lite work kr rha nhi fan upper class sit waise hi ganda na koi saaf safaii safai attended ko baat karne ka na dhang bola safai karne ko to ladai karne lga aage kbhi v in fiture not traveling this train

Train No. 12562 can be trusted. 5 out of 10 times, it is punctual. Another 3 times it is okay to manage with the delay but the last 2 times, it is disaster as it just disappoint.
I have never taste it's pantry, but ya they sell their pantry product just overpriced.

very bed service pantry boy too much charges food railways Manu is different the server are asking too much money for all passengers all passengers irited and water not available train toilet and water bottle too costly 20 each botel but in pantry the provided INR 15 only but the service boy teken to much money it's very bad

First when i booked my ticket that time weating list was on 18 or 19 2 months ago however its not confirmed and we recived Rac seat so..we shock And the thing is that There is no T.T came yet in whole journey its a resarvation seriously there was no single police in any coach of train passengers are smoking inside the train May be the know no one came so they proudly but we are with our family its shameful for us.Water is also not coming from tap..food we are paying for it ...worst like Tea 🤢🤢 cleaning i dont know they know about cleaning ....i would request you to please this thing are not acceptable so do need full As soon as possible because we are suffring ..

2. Food is not good, whether in quality or quantity e.g tea
3. Cleanliness can be improved, like tissue rolls availability in washrooms

The train is never on time.Do something about it. I'm commenting on this because 12561 and 12562 is comes in luxurious train for middle class people.so that's why the reason I'm commenting on this.Make it perfect.

delay for 6 hrs. first class cabin is dirty, smelly, full of cockroaches, rats and bed bugs. Toilets are digusting. It is a nightmare to spend 12 hours on this train.

Sir, train 12562 Swatantra senani running always late yet its originating station from Delhi. Not late sir..... Its already 8 hours late even now not concern with fog or climatically change. Sir being as passenger now have a lot of irritation now
