Not Good From June 2022 to till date because More than 2 hrs delay daily before reached Lucknow Jn after waiting passenger is already disturbing to reserved passengers and after gorakhpur daily passengers are disturbing upto Muzaffarpur Railway Station from Bugaha Station. because every Sunday I journey from year 2012.

toilet ka haal dekho or waiting walo ne to maa hi chod rakhi hai. sala na family ko le k ja sakte hai na khud is train me. or railway best dene ki baat karti ha. bat se battar hai ye train.

This train 12558 has been given enough time loose .Being right time at Gorakhpur it become late for 1 hr 16 minutes at Narkatiyaganj and even at Bapudham Motihari it arrived at Muzaffarpur before time while it was kept iddle at Kapalpura stan for more than half HR.

This train iss too much delayed and very poor performance I really shameful for INDIAN RAILWAY . Our Delhi to Bihar Bus Service is Very good

train generally is 1-1.5 hours late.Sleeper and general classes are heavily crowded.3 AC makes you feel being in sleeper.2 AC n 1 AC quite good.if you are traveling to Bagha, Narkatiaganj, Bettiah,Saguli, Motihari it is the best option by railways.

poor facilities...there are cokerage in below the seats and all charges socket were not working in all coaches....before 6 km from Muzaffarpur train was timely but after mehsi station it take 2.30 hr to arrive Muzaffarpur. it's totally a bad experience with sapt kranti poor train poor facilities.....

The worst train journey I have ever experienced. The train reached destination almost 7 hours late. The toilet cleanliness was pathetic and the staff were not prepared to handle the same. A blot on clean train campaign.

Beggers, third genders, are making this train unsfe and in secure. Toilets are very dirty. Laptop, mobile charging points are damage. Plz. Make this train punctual, safe, clean and update.

Services are always provided by railways is not upto the mark because when we paying for then it should be provided efficiently by railways but they are inefficient.
