I had two seats, one in B1. One in B3. And I noticed in the Vaishali train that the attendant in that coaches , was missing. I looked for the attendant in B1 or B3. I searched all day and night but couldn't find him anywhere.

What a spectacle you guys are creating! The train is being stopped everywhere. The name of the train is Vaishali Superfast Express and it is running 9 hours late. Don't you think that 9 hours are worth it? Can't you see the inconvenience the passengers are facing?

Travel Guarantee feature of Confirmtkt is totally fraudlent. I cancelled my Waitlist ticket more than 48 hours before the journey, but to my surprise they deducted the entire Rs.750/- which I had paid for securing the Travel Guarantee; apart from deducting the usual cancellation charges. Further, there is no way to connect them and enquire why such thing happened.

a lot of problems is there,no room freshner is working, bathroom door dual closer is unserviceable, toilet dispenser is rusted,bed roll staff is not behaviour, unauthorised floor cleaning material is using, toilet freshener is also in not working.

Did not travelled, because 4 hours after the schedule time of departure,chart was not prepared and I was forced to cancel my ticket, because there was no confirmation

1) Washroom cleaning not much satisfactory
2) Cockroach in corners of birth seats - But yes spray done and issue resolved immediately when complain lodged on 139
3) Punctuality - Very Impressive
4) Food Quality - Average, Not bad

very bad food provide to customer in this train and they charge high price for food they charge veg simple thali 120 which is only 80 rupes and unhealthy or unheginics food provides in this train ! very bad experience

in 2 ac so may people travelling in the train without ticket so that passanger are phasing uncomfertable.you are requested kindly arrange the start the train from barauni to new delhi.

seats were not comfortable. Sanitation was the poorest. Sink getting choked. Not a single person turned up for responsible for the cleaning it up. Staff requested to board down one luggage didn't turn up. I find Bihar Sampark much better.

In train there are so many passenger who have not confirmed your seat no way to go infact toilet there are so many problems regarding conjesion of passangers.

No improvement in food quality...Tea is just like a hot water. Water bottle is being sold at higher rate.. Train didn't reach on time at its destination..

Not much neat as expected from 2Ac.
Much disappointing was the way pantry tried to fool us by circulating only instant tea @Rs15 and not circulating normal dip dip tea which is of RS 7 only giving normal tea to some hi grade official or tt.
