1) Washroom cleaning not much satisfactory
2) Cockroach in corners of birth seats - But yes spray done and issue resolved immediately when complain lodged on 139
3) Punctuality - Very Impressive
4) Food Quality - Average, Not bad

very bad food provide to customer in this train and they charge high price for food they charge veg simple thali 120 which is only 80 rupes and unhealthy or unheginics food provides in this train ! very bad experience

in 2 ac so may people travelling in the train without ticket so that passanger are phasing uncomfertable.you are requested kindly arrange the start the train from barauni to new delhi.

seats were not comfortable. Sanitation was the poorest. Sink getting choked. Not a single person turned up for responsible for the cleaning it up. Staff requested to board down one luggage didn't turn up. I find Bihar Sampark much better.

tea and food quality could be better, I asked for special tea and it was delivered after that 2 tea offered and all of them was below average .

In train there are so many passenger who have not confirmed your seat no way to go infact toilet there are so many problems regarding conjesion of passangers.

No improvement in food quality...Tea is just like a hot water. Water bottle is being sold at higher rate.. Train didn't reach on time at its destination..

The trian came late as expected in bihar amd was very untidy. The washroom was stinking..no cleaniness even at big station..worst travel

Not much neat as expected from 2Ac.
Much disappointing was the way pantry tried to fool us by circulating only instant tea @Rs15 and not circulating normal dip dip tea which is of RS 7 only giving normal tea to some hi grade official or tt.

Worst cleaning system & too much over bookings in train by tte..& train becomes very much dificultive infect to go to washroom from seat

PQWL1 has not confirmed and because it was an eticket it get auto cancel.I suggest everyone to not book tickets with PQWL it will not be confirmed
