I travelled on 8 September from Agra Cantt to Mount Abu on Train No. 12547, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The train was very late, with no sense of punctuality. On top of that, the TT’s behaviour was extremely rude and disrespectful towards passengers.
The food delivery was also very poor. The food we received was unhygienic and of such bad quality that it was difficult to eat.
Overall, the delay, staff behaviour, and food quality were all extremely disappointing. Railway authorities seriously need to improve passenger services and staff conduct.

Very dirty train
No cleanliness in 3AC COACH
VERY CROWD DUE TO UNRESERVED PASSENGER
TTE NOT TAKING CARE
NO ATTENDANT IN COACH

toilet tank was overflowing in to coach. dirty water was overflowing all around our seats and soiled our luggage. I think tank was of inadequate size. please do needful it's health hazard.

ITS REALLY VERY SAD THAT WE BOOK TICKETS FOR SUPER FAST TRAINS BY PAYING EXTRA CHARGES BUT STILL THESE TRAIN DOES NOT RUN ON TIME. REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

It's a good train for ahmedabad ,their is no pantry car in this train , food which is provided is not good in quality.
