The cleanliness on the train was absolutely unacceptable. I had already raised a complaint through the Indian Railways website, but no action was taken until I reached Chennai. This was extremely disappointing and disgusting, especially while travelling with kids.
It is frustrating to see that even smaller countries with limited infrastructure are able to provide world-class travel experiences, while passengers here continue to face such poor conditions despite paying taxes and ticket fares.
I never imagined having such an unpleasant travel experience with Indian Railways. I sincerely request the authorities to take passenger hygiene and cleanliness seriously and ensure timely action on complaints.

Veri Bad condition to the train site was very poor quality sofa also broken please immediately replace the sofa and higning not protected clining totli my money Bestege......my overall experience to the journey very bad......

Stop’s at almost every station , train schedule can be preponed so that train can arrive much earlier than the present scheduled time.

train.was running late by later on time but cleaningness not good. Unreserved people are seating in reservation compartment. This journey is not good at all

VERY POOR AS BOGIE IS OF OLDER MODEL. TOO MUCH VIBRATION, & NOISE.
DUE TO VIBRATION, ANY OBJECT, KEPT ON GOLDING SMALL TABLE, COMES DOWN.

In paneer butter masala no paneer was present only 2 small cubes.Money charged was more than the quantity.
