bed sheet are dirty. cockroaches roaming on bed and all over the place. toilet are not clean. train late. food is not good. in coffee only coffee smell no taste

anytime seat reserve rahti hai tabhi seat milati hi nahin hai jaldi set confirm nahin Hoti Hai charge bahut jyada lagta hai

The train was good I wanted to give it 5 stars but I didn't give it because
The bathroom was not very good and the train was late because of this reason I give you 3 stars in train quality.
Your TC was very good for this reason I gave you 5 stars in Punctuality.
I have not eaten your food so how can I give you a rating in food quality.
