The train didn't have a pantry. The blankets and sheets were unwashed. The staff was polite and cooperative. The train was delayed by 6-7 hours. Didn't feel like a 2 AC experience as the train was very dirty. the taps were leaking and the washrooms were very dirty.

the train is very dirty ,the toilets are not clean ...can even use it .the coach is very dirty and anyone can enter in AC coaches which is not safe for the passenger

Train was to late. (5hrs 24mnt)
Bad roll attendant boy behaviour is not good, Like stupid, with manager also.
Food quality I'm not sure but it's not good for health.
So be careful.
All the passengers who have confirmed berths in 3AC,2AC and 1AC
are entitled to get a bad roll
which includes a blanket, 2 bedsheet one pillow with new cover and a hand towel (it's necessary to neet and clean).
So please trained all of them who don't have
knowledge of this.

toilet is not good
in two tire ac wants western toilet not in indian toilet and not well maintained

AC NOT WORKING COOLING HORRIBLE NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GENERAL COMPARTMENT AND AC COMPARTMENT. . BEGGARS KEEP COMING IN AC 2TIER,IST CLASS AC. DRIVER EFFICIENT. OVERALL AC WORKING EXTREMELY BAD AC NO COOLING.

Poor form of services, My Ticket was RAC from NCB To JBP while it was cnf at patliputra station but not informed to me and defiantely sold out to someone else. this Railway can't track on good record untill unless not handed over to private agencies.

The train was on time till the 2nd day but was delayed by more than 5 hours. Toilet needs to be more cleaner. It would be much better if the flash in toilet is similar to that of flight.

need to due tention from all side as I personally feel unhygienic un attending poor maint state of food very poor
