It's Very poor service by indian railways. There is no cleanliness. We are traveling from NJP to BBSR in 3A but it's looks like a general coach. And main thing is it's running 5 hours late. Very disappointed

was scheduled to depart at 19.55 hours from Silchar but departed 22.30 hours, just because the shunting wasnot done earlier..thus have to wait for 2.30 hours at platform.. disappointed.. :(
