this is so worst experience I missed the train due to wrong information of this train it shows train got delay lter i found it has already crossed the station so irresponsible site ever seen

kuch thik nahi hai paisa barbad train se safar karna bekar ho gaya hai aj kal . na food quality sahi hai na service sahi hai bas lout maccha rakkha hai. or han sabse important thing time ki koi importants nahi hai IRCTC ke leye 10 ghanta lete chal raha hai train

I can't give any feedback due to there are lots of problem face. Like- Toilets and service. Apart from Toilets is not clean. Passengers are not able to use the toilets due to bed smell. After 10 times complained cleaning boy not listen... This is the issues of Humsafar train.

The first time I traveled to this train, I had the worst experience . Because cleaning is not good and the toilet is third quality, Overall facing problems.

train is not clean at all,There are cockroaches everywhere , Pillows are dirty ,they didn't gave blanket.From inside it seems they didn't washed from ages,no pest control, Please improve the train quality

Above parameters so bad and food are selling used and re boiled one. IRTC not got bad name . It's not international standard. You are charging tickets including all services but I'm thinking it's not . Kindly check any compartment / couch your end can be easily identify. Toilet totally not clean. Housekeeping just traveling on train but not done anything. What is useful. They asking money for cleaning floor and toilet. I saw that they got earn around 300 within 3 coach.

The trip was so bad just bcz some people were drinking alcohol in the train compartment and the train staffs were joining them when their work is to stop that. I don't think they had proper ticket also.

food quality is worse. 0nly a single wet bed sheet is provided. no hand towel given. all together a bad experience & must not travel by this train again.

very bad experience that day hamsafar was almost 1 day late very disappointed i was expecting so much from this train but unfortunately i had to take bus to come to Agartala and i didn't even get to ride on this train and thus filed TDR

Worst train I have ever travelled. Super fast name is only for increasing fair. When I travelled the train was delayed around 10 hours. Unhygienic condition and food also not good.

worst ever 18hrs late while titli cyclone left two days before. 67%extra fare for extra harassment. in wb no effect if titli and almost two hours late now 12.15pm 14/10 still not arrive at howrah so no question of arrive at njp

rain water come into the train through the windows which disturbs the passengers so much. price is too high compared to the facility provided. food should be free as its a high rate of fare.
