the chair car (non AC) compartment is pathetic. half of seats are damaged, do not recline or permanently reclined. cushions are torn.

it did not reach Delhi on time... so late started and reached jalandhar late by 2 hours. not good experience

Such a yukky experience with cleanliness the washrooms doesn't have mugs , soap and even water supply was finished in half of the way......... a lot of insects were there to invite infection in washrooms... people puked a lot gutka here n there behind of there seats too..... The meal supplies of IRCTC was also too much costly n not in the condition to eat........

Condition of Lavatory was of unfactory nature. The liquid soap pot was hanging giving the impression of being empty.

Seats were so compact to be seated.Air circulation was very bad in the compartment because of windows design.

worst train. unreserved passengers creates huge problems in reserved compartments. Toilets worst condition.

educated people are doing job like illiterate.sitting on lunch slab, handles and infact they have break one slab in front of view, and I am very sure that when they will again visit in this train having confirm seat,then they will blame govt for bad condition of train
