No soap in bathrooms. Ac is strong at edges of bogies but in middle it is not

Very bad service. No cleaner in the train. Service by the contractor is very poor. The rake of the train, the 2A coached were very bad; all old coaches are being used.

train was very much dirty in AC Coaches.no staff was present even by 10 am in morning for cleaning.
