Too much cockroach. Toilets too old to get cleaned. Too old Coach. Attendants were kind. Getting to Upper Berth was too difficult due to the narrow pipes of stairs

Very bad service. No cleaner in the train. Service by the contractor is very poor. The rake of the train, the 2A coached were very bad; all old coaches are being used.

Toilets were soo dirty looks like general coaches I did complaint on the railway complaint number but no action taken !!

train was very much dirty in AC Coaches.no staff was present even by 10 am in morning for cleaning.
bad experience.
