The train is good, but people with general tickets enter the sleeper coaches. Neither the RPF nor the TTE checks their tickets or takes any action against them. This causes inconvenience to passengers who have reserved sleeper-class tickets. Please take strict action to prevent this problem.

booking was awful for me i have 2 year kid and you gave me upper birth how am i suppose to climb with a kid and my mother was 60 year old also you gave her middle birth she is a senior citizen how she suppose to climb her birth think about it

outer sink was blocked and water splitting out of it. Train had not recovered time and reached late. Staff with railway shirt was selling railneer water bottle for 20 rupees instead of mrp rate which is 15 rupees

train M2 bogie sliding door is damage so no mean to travel in 3rd AC it feels like you travel ni sleeper bad experience

train toilets are so dirty and water is not there and the staff is not take care of cleaning and hygienically is very bad all the toilets and wash vessan are so dirty atleast water should be there man.
