This is the most bad app, it fools people, I paid Rs 890 for tickets worth Rs 510 and the ticket did not get confirmed, I have not yet received Rs 450 in return, brothers, do not make business of this app

No maintenance of the train whatsoever. Grabage everywhere. Not even cleaning food waste stepping over which people are forced to walk. No proper ticket examination even in AC compartments. People with no ticket as well as platform ticket where sharing seats with properly prebooked passengers.

Without reservation many people are seatin reservation seat TTI not 🚫 them.Its very pathetic because people are suffering those are pay for reservation.Kindly look at this matter in top priority.tTI not doing anything against these people

Toilets were worst. flush was not working & No cleanliness 2nd Ac was looking like a general all vendors were coming all day & no silence after even complaining no steps were taken so small dustbin all stuffs were coming out.

Since the last three days I have travelled in Both Nethravathi Express from Trivandrum Central and this train.
Toilets were not maintained and cleaned properly and it's in absolutely the worst condition. Coachs and seats were also not cleaned properly. Compared to Nethravathi Express this is absolutely worst and i give 2 out of 5.

Awesome train like we needed more direct super fast trains in india for long distance. Like: Jammu Tawi Coimbatore, Jammu Tawi to Trivendrum, Jammu Tawi to Chennai, Jammu Tawi to Bangalore, Jammu Tawi to Hyderabad etc. Everybody needed more direct super fast trains from Jammu Tawi or Amritsar for South India, or north east.

Most Dirtiest Trim On this Route. Toilets are choked us. Tap Are Broken in wash basin. Worst Experience of This Train.. all travellers are Getting Pissed Off due to Dirtiness every Where.

One of the worst journey I had in my life. Took train from Madgaon. There was no durry nor bed sheets nor pillow in the bed. Had to beg to guys issuing it. When complaint was made to TT he started yelling at me. Bathrooms were in pathetic state. No clean ship had been done for days. Thank you.

Hope less train. No neatness. However it wss on time.
Pantry staff look so dirty you di not feel like eating anything. No place to urinate or shit. as the toilets have no water. No TTE. PROBABLY THEY ARE ON VACATION. ON DUTY.

It was a bad experience..as my seat was in S5 in sleeper class and the coatch was not equipped with basic amenities like phone charger and after raising complaint against an unserviceable fan no one came there to entertain. As I was traveling in Rac although seats were available in different coaches but TT didn't clear Rac......overall bad experience
