This train is always late by 15-20 min from the origin station. Food quality at Mumbai station is good rest all is average.

In AC coaches, TCs behave like bastards, make 5 people sit on one seat, completely bully the passengers, and threaten them that if they say anything to the passengers, they will cancel their tickets.

The amount of money taken for food was in excess and the rotis are also given completely raw, the husband does not give them and he also gives them work

train tkt not confrm travel guarantee is giving the guarantee of ticket and gave high charge and return given a coupon which not use fake useless system

nice clean train the moment we got in , but later once people started getting in the cleanieness were getting compromised, people spitting tobacco in the wash basin. over and above there was no one to get things cleaned from Railways authority.

Train was late 3 hours all plan programs were distributed and reserved couch like a general class, photo enclosed , no T C attended couch whole journey period.
