the train was 5 hour late from actual schedule it was supposed to arrive at 11 am in anand but reached anand at 5pm

train is very clean and staff also care for cleanliness but unfortunately we didn't get confirm tickets .we get RAC so our experience bit sad for over crowded train seats

In train there is no cleaning person and there is no servece to clean washroom and the ac of train is not working well...

Very nice train in comparison to others. Pantry Car Staffs behaviour are also very good. You will get only Vegetarian food that's the beauty for me and to all who love vegie..

Poor cleanliness ( both public and indian railways are equally responsible for poor cleanliness on trains. Usually sarvodaya express is punctual but when i travelled it got delayed by 1 nd half hours. food / pantry car was ok..
