i booked a seat but without ticket passenger sit on my reserved seat and i couldn't sleep whole night due to general passenger entered in reserved sleeper coaches from bikaner junction and disturbed passengers.

जबरदस्ती लोग बुक की हुई सीट पर बैठ जाते है और टीटी कुछ नही बोलता सौर सराबा बहुत ज्यादा बुक की हुई सीट भी नही मिलती

Coach was overcrowded with general passengers.No TTE was seen in 2 hours.There was no sense in reserving the berth as already general passengers have occupied the same.

THE TRAIN WAS LATE BY ALMOST 1/2 HOUR. THERE WAS ONLY ONE SLEEPER COACH, DUE TO WHICH OUR SIX TICKETS DID NOT CONFIRM AND TILL NOW, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND OF THOSE SIX TICKETS PNR NO. 2249844144. PLEASE ARRANGE TO REFUND THE AMOUNT OF WAITING / UNCONFIRMED TICKETS AT THE EARLIEST.
