my train was diverted. we had not able to perform journey. need to claim my refund sue to mistake of railway. i also loose approximate Rain 1500 and reschedule my trip on road. causing me and my family a lot of pain and discomfort.
need my hard earn money back. i had tries to cancel through irctc site but it was refused to cancel.sue to i had books ticket from your website

Bedding is poor. The blankets are old, torn and smelling. Bed sheets are also smelling as if washed with some pond water.
