at AC two' coach no charging point available for each seats, bed roll clothes very poor condition

AC-1 status of the train - Intermittent AC supply throughout the journey. Bio Toilet panels not washed since long. Train late by more than 2 hours. Water bottles of Rail Neer not available on Bikaner Station but some other pvt company.
