windows waiting tkts are the main issue of overcrowded passengers in the train so that confirm TKT passengers are facing more trouble.

very poor arrangement. once ticket is booked in 3AC how it can be changed in 3AC economy. Very poor arrangement from railway.

there must be at least one coach of a.c. chair car attached with all these super fast and premium class train , because uper birth is painful for senior citizen , at least they will comfortable in sitting and relaxed.

The performance of AC Cooling was slow and after raising the available technician rectify and AC Cooling went to fantastic it means regular maintenance of appliances in trains must be carried out regularly.
my fro journey with train from CNB TO NDLS was very very excellent in terms of punctuality
