Train me reservation hone k baad bhi general ki tarah safar karna padhta hai bina reservation wale log jyada hote hai..jinke wajah se disturb hota hai aur saman chori na ho jaye to raat me jagna padhta hai..

Needs More Cleaning Ness & Hospitality & Stop Unauthorized Persons In Trains Coaches Improve WL Trends Also Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Arrangement Of Which Coach Is Coming near which place At The Railway Station And Weather It Is Working Properly Or Not

inside the train in all sleeper coach there is huge general ticket crowd. Security personnel and TC doing nothing instead illegal cash collection. total insecurity here.

there are many passengers are seated in sleeper class with unreserved ticket, and also seated on door so that passenger are suffering to pass the door.

जनरल डिब्बे से बुरा हाल है न टीईटी आता तो जनरल बाले रिजर्वेशन में बैठ रहे है जब से रेल मंत्री आश्विन बने है तब से रेलवे की बहुत बुरी हालत है

Out of 5 passengers,4 were senior citizens and only one LOWER Berth was given.It was noticed that lower berths were given to young persons of age 22/30years. Why it is so,you should book lower berths for senior citizens and it could be managed,but,NO. Who will take the trouble to put the new software for booking according to age.Pl do it.

I have start a journey from Mahoba 2 NZM in U P Sampark Kranti (12447) date 07/10/2018. Coach attendant was not available during my visit to train. PNR# 2251042959. There r 1 person on our berth and i faced many problem to get berth.

Train quality- toilets are worst every time...and dust and scraps are always there... Punctuality- train never reach on time...always late...bad time... Food quality- never ask this question...that how the food is in up samparkranti...worst food ever n ever...and last but not least they should never ask for rating..bcous they'll get unrated stars...
