Great Job IR! This was the most punctual train I've been in. Service was good, TTE was helpful, the staff was also good. overall it was a pleasure. But please make sure the washroom are clean and equipped with handwash not water.

very bad service offered by train.i have booked 4 berths (4 adults ,2 children) 45 days ago .but alloted me only two rac seats .it is not fair .taking fair of 4 person and alloting 2 tickets.

all things are good but there are many rats inside the train and disturb sleeping and cut laggege and when train stoping and running position suddenly break and feeling big JHATKA
