quality of food is worst. charging us 600 rs nearly but still unable to provide the food it's soo pathetic.IRCTC should change the vendor immediately and even after paying the service charges n food charges the food distributer or supplies is asking for tips. what the hell he is not been told not to ask for tips shamelessly he literally asking every on 40-70 rs extra as his service. what a shame.plz next time don't let this happen

food is not much good compared to jammu rajdani.. panner was literally like natraj eraser pieces.. not satisfied with the preparation of paneer but remaining i felt happy

very sad about food. I took Non Veg as an option & my dad got veg food. He was travelling for the first time in Rajdhani so he was not knowing.

Train was good but the food was yuck disgusting if you're travelling with a ticket with no food included it's good purchase it from outside but don't purchase from the train you will get stomach upset at the last . I also suffered the same

We will never travel in this train..Our all plan very badly effected... as its 6 hr+ late....!!!!! Our plan for puja abhishek in Sri Sailam Mallikarjun temple now can not be possible. Because Ghat Road will be closed from 9pm to 6 am..!!

हम लोग नागपूर से चढणे के बाद बोगी मे पुरे बेडींग पडे हूये थे, कंबल फर्ष पर पडे थे, और आधे घंटे बाद atendant आया फिर उसने बेडिंग दिये, भोपाल से लेकर साफ सफाई नही की गयीथी, washroom साफ नही था,
ओर ट्रेन जगह जगह रुक रही थी अंत मे १.५घंटे लेट हुई

I could not get WL1 AC1 confirm ticket. Why ??. I must get preference over Tatkal or should have asked me to book inTatkal. My whole scheduled upseted and had to travel by flight. Bad experience.

Very good experience, but staff from 3 department was asking for tip that really spoiled full rail experience, so I suggest for proper tipping system like tip box.
Other than that all was very good. Thank you very😊.

wash room was in worst condition, light fittings were in open condition, garbage kept between two compartment, toilet flush were not in working condition

Hopeless sevice and it's food

Pls improve food quality and give option at the time of booking ticket food is optional not compulsory, pls exclude food charges. Those who don't want food
