We will never travel in this train..Our all plan very badly effected... as its 6 hr+ late....!!!!! Our plan for puja abhishek in Sri Sailam Mallikarjun temple now can not be possible. Because Ghat Road will be closed from 9pm to 6 am..!!

1. Food services and Washrooms is very bad conditions.
2. Train timings is not punctuality and be lated.

Khanna thanda hai aur train seat normal superfast express jaise hi hai. Rajdhani ki koi feeling nahi aayi.

हम लोग नागपूर से चढणे के बाद बोगी मे पुरे बेडींग पडे हूये थे, कंबल फर्ष पर पडे थे, और आधे घंटे बाद atendant आया फिर उसने बेडिंग दिये, भोपाल से लेकर साफ सफाई नही की गयीथी, washroom साफ नही था,
ओर ट्रेन जगह जगह रुक रही थी अंत मे १.५घंटे लेट हुई

I could not get WL1 AC1 confirm ticket. Why ??. I must get preference over Tatkal or should have asked me to book inTatkal. My whole scheduled upseted and had to travel by flight. Bad experience.

Very good experience, but staff from 3 department was asking for tip that really spoiled full rail experience, so I suggest for proper tipping system like tip box.
Other than that all was very good. Thank you very😊.

wash room was in worst condition, light fittings were in open condition, garbage kept between two compartment, toilet flush were not in working condition

Hopeless sevice and it's food
No Water in toilets and nothing was in order wet sheets and stinking Blanket'

Pls improve food quality and give option at the time of booking ticket food is optional not compulsory, pls exclude food charges. Those who don't want food
