I recently travelled by train and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The overall hygiene inside the train was quite poor — the washrooms and compartments were not properly cleaned, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the journey. The food quality was also below average; it didn’t feel fresh and was not served properly.
In addition, some of the staff members behaved rudely with passengers, which made the journey uncomfortable. They should be more polite and helpful, especially when dealing with customer queries.
However, I would like to appreciate the TT (Ticket Examiner) for his professional and respectful behaviour. He was polite, attentive, and handled all passengers’ concerns calmly and efficiently. His positive attitude truly stood out amidst the otherwise unsatisfactory experience.

poor quality food is given by pantry . Lunch and dinner menu is same . food taste is not ok.

Not the best of experience as my phone charger got stolen. I would really appreciate if IRCTC would enable some security protocols to avoid these incidents with passengers travelling.

all old coaches. liquid soap was not available near sink. no coach cleaning was done throughout journey.

train is a no. delay. for. 1(or)2 minutes. it should be. curect time of A platform and running
this train is a time saves your journey. exlent. better. supper
