1. The Toilet could be more clean
2. The evening sandwich smelt of cockroaches.
3. The paneer curry for lunch was full of corn flour.
4. Two Attendants and the Cleaner came separately to ask for Tip.
All this is not acceptable in a Rajdhani where we are already paying such a high price for a ticket. Please take some action.

its worst condition of all stuff food, its roti is worst codition , its not cooked properly, tastless sabji, total west of money , no one should prefer this food , better purchase from out side throuh irctc app. and isme complain ka v koi means nahi hai in sabko paisa banana hai only baki passanger ka helth pe iska kya asar hoga inse inko koi farak tak nahi padta hai

it was good experience first time in (1AC) COUPE SEATS with my cats and also ther was a cleaner who clean 3/4 times our couch it was good and clean but only the canteen person was irritating because of him my mom got little upset by the way it's was nice and good trip

Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Arrangement Of Which Coach Is Coming near which place At The Railway Station And Weather It Is Working Properly Or Not Check On Daily Basis Must

if you talk about train quality so i will say normal superfast trains are better in terms of cleaning and what TF there is no charging point for side lower it's a premium train Indian railway should maintain everything on top..... and if you talk about food so it was average and below average....i wouldn't recommend to travel from Thiruvananthapuram hazrat nizamuddin rajdhani express better than you can travel in Kerala express 2nd AC it will take 4 more hours but that will be more good journey

I was travelling in second AC but it was feeling like I was in some substandard one. The food quality was worst. Even the water given for tea wasn't hot. I had to ask him to give hot water. The used linen was not picked up for long time. The experience of travelling in Rajdhani is always good but here it wasn't.

Staff inside the train asking money from the passengers for their service felt bad.
From some stations they take passengers taking money from them should be strictly prohibited.
No fresh bedsheets or blankets given from stations other than starting. If asked gives used one.

there is a lots and lots of partiality btwn 1st class and 3rd clss in food and evrythng... i just request let are humans and all are paid good fare for this train so treat them equally in food and overall, I hope this be my last trvll in this train seeing this equality in btwn classes, i hv been trvllng from so long long time in this train from Delhi to Mangalore evrytime i use this train for journey and expected everytime that now this PPL change but nothing same as evrytime, so i decided from my next trip i would go with some other train..

Train is not running on time. Delaying and crossing at mains stations for more than 30.minutes. punctuality not mai taining.
Regarding Cleanliness, the coaches are not been cleaned properly. Toilet / washrooms are not been kept clean
Quality of food is very bad. No south Indian foods are been served for South trains. Less quantity and small quantity of No -veg (chicken curry) provided and small quantity of rice which is partially baked and not fully.
No caring of the diabetic patients providing sugar juices. For veg service for lunch and dinner the paneer curry served for both occassions. No change in menu is seen. IRCTC not providing quality food
Only one water bottle service for 41 hours of journey provided which is ridiculous

Tea wagh bakri good.
Paratha not fresh very tight to eat at evening.
Paneer not tasty, only paneer available, without swaad.pl improve with mix veg good quality with all type vegetables.
Rasgulla very nice.change the company of dahi.
evening tea is only time pass, only 25 rupees item serve to
passenger pl improve with juice,and sandwich. And restart bedding immediately,letter already senction on 10 March and

Very good service by the attendants especially the Head Butler Sushant Singh and the young Steward and Housekeeping Vijay Kumar. Right from boarding the train the smile and welcome was not fake but felt genuine unlike other travels!! Their service was very well organised and they spoke well . Indeed a great travel experience even though the train arrived at Madgaon an hour late it made up for lost time and reached on time at Thituvananthapuram

the train attenders and food delivery guys make your journey a disaster. Your food is included in your ticket fare. so you don't have any other option but to wait for what is given. the real issue is after having food, they demand "seva paani" or tips. I tried to give rs20. but they became more aggressive and asked for 50rs per head that is 350 RS for 7 person. Then it lead to an argument where they say it is their right and not our wish. it should be stopped in rajadhani trains.
