small seats in new AC coaches, even an average person cannot sleep properly. They have removed sleeper coaches which is quite better and cheaper. the idea behind it is only, earn profit. Railways don't think about a common person, they want to earn profit at any cost.

I have booked 6 sleeper class ticket but rac seat provide me and they provide me only 3 rac seats we will share half half seats give me 50% money refund.....!

we got rac and 2 person at 1 sleeper seat..paid 1500 instead of 1170...tt not giving us empty seat...travelling 12 hours while sitting and paying for full sleeper is fraud done by irctc.

train was 2 hours late unnecessarily, as well as 3-AC looks like a general coach. worst condition, Indian Railways only earning money in the form of Tatkal from the people not providing any facilities in such kind of festival season

I have every time issue ticket but every time it has cancelled because the confirmation chance are false. so pl. give confirmation data correct.

pantry was not there and also my ticket was upgraded from 3A to HA1 but i didn't get any mail or msg so i sat on my 3A seat which was booking Time ticket and when i was in train then i got to know about my current ticket so it was very hectic to carrying luggage without any Porter from one to another seat

I travel when ever in General Sleeper coach and found there Toilet WC's flushings and cleaning is not proper and chock floor drains.

train may be newly manufactured but toilets are not clean and stinking, no mugs , no jets, no handwash, flush buttons broken. I don't understand who is responsible for these all things.

the food was not delivered even though I booked it again in two stations . pls don't let ppl sleep on empty stomach . can't deliver , don't advertise.

It is a great train it comes usually on time and reach anvt by time. Coaches are not LHB but better than other express's coach.
