Train was right on time ЁЯСН, but the overall coach condition and food were disappointing. The 2nd class coach had broken seats, and the food served was stale and unhygienic. Great punctuality, but maintenance and catering urgently need attention!.

alwayes train reached to right time in but in lucknow manak nager train stop for 40 to 1hr som tome 1:30 until most of the passenger have to conected for gorakhpur with kirshak exp cause of halt at manak magar some time train kirshak is mised for gkp irequesting that please give the priorty to gomti exp thanks

My experience in gomti express is very poor and disgusting. As there was no proper cleanliness of toilets and seats and there were people's without confirm ticket and on the other hand they were creating nuisance with other passengers.

I travelled with very bad experience in 2nd AC boggy No. HA1
so bisturb by daily up-down people of railways.. & TT allowing them to use this reserve compartment. Kindly take nesessry action on this.

inside the train area including the washroom so dirty with a bed smell. there is no means to reserved shhet in 2S as every one without reservation can travel after boarding train packed with lots of passanger and there is no space to walking... Full of garbage train...
please improve or shut down thses type of train..
only cover is beautiful inside the pages are garbage letter..

wait list me galat dikhate hai or jab booking kar do to cancel kar dete h refund ke naam par 10 din ka time dete hai usme bhi 57% refund karte hai. ab mere pass rupay ni h or muze Jana bhi h to ab paise kon dega. ya to waiting list dikhaya na kre agar dikhaye to waitlist me daal dena chaiye.

Never Board this train between CNB to NDLS & vice versa....
This train makes you feel like you are in a passenger train on one of the fastest Rail routes of India...

The train is too late to reach arrival station and their is also a bad management in the coach allowing the seat .
In the reservation coach the passenger of general ticket is also travel with us.
