if I talk about the time of the train is very punctual but In the sleeper coaches everyone can sit & lie down on the floor there is no better way for the exist from the train the administration has taken a step no one can travel in sleeper coaches if he/ she has no ticket.

There was no water in toilets from beginning. pillows were given without covers.Poor quality. TTE visited just once perhaps he was busy in accomodating the passengers who couldn't get seat. After that everyone knows better than me.

train late with 05 hrs and there are hygiene issue. Train diverts the route which cause our drop station has been changed. we have difficulty to change the station.

train has late 3hours more. actually train was delayed approx 14 hours.
when i try to cancel on 25th in night around 10pm... but your app showing train on time and not allow to cancel the tickets. as per rule we can cancel the tickets after 3hours when train delayed 3 hours above.... but... not done due to Comfirt app. cheating not allow..... next time i will take care

I felt very bad... I am paying railway for sleeping couch in 2nd class.. still I am geting shared seat.. then what's the point of booking sl.. either u must cancel the seat or book the seat.. one seat for two persons.. u guys profiting from us.. but not giving comfort from us.. I had a reason of booking this seat.. I had to wait for last many days of my seat is booked or not and on the day I came to know seat is booked and o will have to share. u should cancell my seat then I would get a sleeping seat in bus or get some other options. it's been really frustrating. ... you should give me my money back.

Dear sir,
It san humble request to IRCTC ,plz work on train coaches and bathroom condition are worst,
very bad experience with IRCTC.
It my suggestion plz go through it if irctc didn't have funds to clean bathrooms and coaches plz add 10 rupees in your train ticket fair only for bathroom and coaches cleaning.(Train Name Pooja express)

people come and they dont have ticket and seat with the reservation people and fight and no t.t. and police is there to resolve the problem of the reservation people ..please help in this

Never Book General sleeper coach tickets with family because it's too irritating .... People travel with local tickets in this train in reservation coach so always prefer AC coach specially when you traveling with family

Train always reach on or before it's expected time to the boarding and destination station. Very clean train and it never get late. All the amenities available in proper working condition. The berth is very comfortable and it is one of the best train so far between Jammu to Ajmer

It was known to railway that train shall be late by 8 hour from starting station Jammu at least 6 hour before but SMS was sent 15 minute before the arrival time as scheduled.
Shame tkt A1 seat 19 and 21
