Travelled on Nov. 26 AC Chair Car. Floor was well swept but washrooms were very bad I would say worst. Seats in very bad shape. Train Route is very good. IR needs.to add Samrala in their ticket buying.option. We had to buy Tickets To and From New Morinda because Samrala was not in the list. Needs lots of improvement on this very busy route. Also staff needs to learn
