The train quality is good.
in the reservation coach.lots of crowd is enter in sleeper coach.No TT available in the train.
hamara reservation karne ka kya matlab hai.
jab proper seat available hi na ho.

I am traveling in M2 79 seat which remained RAC till my whole journey. The seat was shared by two people. seat is not comfortable even to sit properly as it is defective, so it is required to be maintained so as to make passenger journey little comfortable even if it is remaining in RAC condition.

train is very late despite travelling in night can't reach on time ,food was not good As many customers were complaining , please improve train timing I don't why the train is late in the night when local and intercity are not running, please improve it

The train has cockroaches in the compartments. The first alarm in the train was turned on and without proper check they run the train again. no care of passanger safty

people are traveling without tickets. the train is like general coach. I have paid premium tatkal extra 1000 rupee from bikaner to Mathura & people are traveling without tickets in my coach B5.. the whole coach is like that only.
very poor service. no TT came to check the tickets.

Reservation chart not prepared till the time of train start. Reservation not confirmed.
TTE imposed penalty of тВ╣ 250 without giving me a receipt of penalty.TTE told lie to give me a seat in sleeper coach.This is all done with the help of RPF.Stop these

plz add gen.coach.because who take general ticket he travel in sleeper resverd coach..the SL coach and gn coach are same here .I book sleeper coach for relax but here is too much rush...
