Aaj Tak ka ye sabse jhantu app hai isse log ticket na kare to theek hai kyuki isme Jo dikhata hai vo rhta nhi hai . mujhe pahle bahar se dikhaya ki travel guarantee aur maine uska 250 . 300 rupay bhi diya aur bad me sheet bhi nhi confirm Hui aur na hi paisa mila kahte hai ki 2. 3 x paisa refund aata hai jitna amount doge utna bhi nhi denge sale log 1x denge aur kahange ki 7 dino ke anadar travelling karo bhai log is app ko mat use karna bahut madarchod app hai

gernal public was sitting in train and 2 phones where syolen because of non reserved public in compartment

very bad experience...no control on unreserved passengers boarding the reserved coach... horrible service

plateform of Goverdhan station is little small and unable to adjust the compartments of the train and creating problems to the passengers especially the senior citizens. even the reservation compartments are not adjusted on the platform. whatever action at appropriate level be taken to facilitate the passengers. thanks in advance

plz improve hygiene and sanitation of coaches. plz provide good quality food specially rice. amount of lunch and dinner is very high may plz be reduce.

Train chalne mein jaake bole lagti hai bahut takleef Hui aur train late chalti hai aur train yaar itni late ho gayi bahut pareshan Ho Gaya

due to running late I almost missed my connecting train from kanpur but that was running late by only 40 min

very bad experience. In sultanpur lift was not working. escalator was also not working. anyhow we managed to reach platform no. 3 with old and sick mother. on plateform display boards were working but coach position was not showing. we checked coach position by ur site. it shows A1 coach at 5 no. from starting but wen train came A1 was at extreme back side. so we suffered a lot. we entered in different coaches as train started. we are senior citizens and small kids too. this experience shows now railway management is very poor
