Train environment is top smelly ЁЯШФ, train is not reached on the time , it was around 3 hours delayed. Management of train service is just like irresponsible. please Improve your low standard of services. If you take your full fare charges with GST, then it is your proper responsibility to give standard services to the travellersЁЯШб.

wait list ticket.this is a cheater aap,you deducted around 197 extra money, and after auto cancellation,you again deduct Rs-60.but as per aap,no extra money deduct if after chart prepared and WL ticket still in WL status.you have deducted 697 against ticket booking,but refund initiate only for Rs-520 only.

No facilities of any kind in the train Bathroom very dirty sheet and pillow cover Dirty and useless The seats inside the train are very uncomfortable and this train is always late the train is worse than the passenger train I have seen on 13 march and 19 Traveled on March 2 hours late on March 13 6 hours late on March 19

Dont book ticket in 2S, there were lots of passengers without reserved ticket who crowded and at few stations plenty people qith reserved tickets had to miss train as they were not a able to board the train.

reservation tumahara hai per koi or baith kar jaata hai so kar jaata hai or tum kuchh nhi kar sakte ho

Worst train. You have no need to reservation in that train because that Bihar people doesn't care about your reservation. Also I heard that government declared that all the people can travel in reserved coach so doesn't matter either you have reservation or not.

It's so so , not good enough, from Patna to Delhi journey...5 hour's late.
And mostly form all local people dominant all sleeper class from Patna till Banaras as a general class ,so pathetic.

Train is good but coach some time feel safocation because they of the ac I was traveling in 2ac .train is only 1hr late is good compare to other .food quality is bad waste of money !!!!

No any mob charging point in AC 3 coach, only one charging point on front of gate.If u r a lady with small baby how u charge ur mobile. No fan in toilet.
If u use toilet in afternoon , u look like bath from sweat.
