overall experience on the train was top notch except for the condition of the toilet.
Food wasn't served or offered for purchase, so can't comment on that

side lower and side upper ka berth size bekar hai as compared to normal upper and lower as fare same hai..

All are awesome include my sitting berth,as I have two senior citizens and I have get two sittings in one birth, another two for other one birth with my son
too much unsual feelings...but ac is well good, maintain is proper

It's a good train, traveled in AC-1,class,needs better maintenance & cleanliness of the
toilets. Toilets should be cleaned every 3-4 hrs. People get paid to do this,then why this can't be done before,during, and after the journey.
Other than this, the train journey was a good experience.

The train ride was very uncomfortable because of dusgusting driving..sudden accelerations and braking with lots of uncomfortable moments. poor driving.

Train is good. But the no of toilets are of Indian style instead of Western style. look after the matter. my suggestion will no of toilets should be Western styles. staff is helpful

many unauthorised persons were allowed by TTE to travel and sit in the passage and spaces in between the sleepers in B1

All are ok but basins are beside the toilet is not suitable jump water from basin and flow towards coach as well as under the seat.

Reaching destination late has become a normal habit for this train. Why a superfast train has to wait for so long in a station like DumDum Jn. ? Please look into it.

Water supply in this train in sleeper class too much poor. Maximum coaches there are no any drop of water. how any one make journey in this train. Please tell me the Railway G.M. or officers.

3AC toilet condition were most untidy. Boarding from New Alipurduar from there toilets were smelling hopelessly awful. Train reached sealdah 3.30 hrs late.
My travelling date from new alipurduar was 30th March 2017.Thursday.
But AC was working excellent .
