no cold water in train during this hot weather.No cooling system in pantry car nor at any stations from howrah to Varanasi.
very pathetic situation....need to check and do immediate arrangements to fix this issues.
without water how will survive.

food they are over charging asking 200rs for non veg meal and 160rs for veg meal when I ask for bill they provide food plus milk shake bill need to improve
