Very bed experience, because received extra money Rs 350/- per head, cancel the ticket. On the other hand give duble money on wallet only and validity is 7days. Which is not use of customer. Rs 700/- forfeited by Confirmtkt. This will be post on social media.

Wors experience ever. I booked a ticket from Howrah Junction to Haridwar Junction, In sleeper coach with a RAC ticket. But the sleeper coach was full with unauthorised general ticket passengers. All the way toward the washroom was very difficult to access, also they ruadly asking me why am I going towards the toilet too many times, they also occupied our sit sometimes.
I had travelled from Kalolata Junction to Mathura Junction in sleeper coach that experience was too good.

I take a Cold drink (LIMCA) 750ml/- of ₹40 at Muradabad station UP when I drink it taste too sour as like it was expired and when I check it it was actually expired so i request all eastern railway committee to check this situation passengers are getting expired beverages to eat and drink

I loved the cleanliness that this train carries. I was always reluctant to use the washroom earlier but now it is fine. any else problem that I faced is due to passengers. and since no human is perfect I would say its good .

very bad quality train for sleeper coaches...all general passenger and without ticket passenger are in sleeper coaches..
sleeper coaches are called MALGADI & GENERAL DABBA... she bhi gira huwa .

very poor experience the coaches are so bad in side lower aur sider upper berth there is no charging slot seriously I was like I m 2023 or 1923 train condition was so bad in A1 seat 29 there is no curtain also am I paying for this the tte behaviour was rude and the security of the passenger was like nothing there were theif coming on the train they stole phone everything was not good it was bs journey end ho jaye kisi tarah se Kolkata division and this shame on u

i was badly stuck in Kawar Yatris. Even reserved seats were occupied by them. Attached photos are of S4 coach near Varanasi Junction. Very bad experience.

people are boarding in sleeper class without any tickets they are demanding & warning the passengers & sitting on our berths . no rpf & tc has came to even ask also .

train delayed 16 hrs. really too much harassment. me booked a ticket 120 days before but at last moment not cleared. but now booked premium tatkal but train delayed. plz plz solve that major problems coz with family fased big problems.

In pantry they are overcharging for breakfast and while serving lunch they are not informing the passengers about standard veg thali instead they are serving the thali which is costing Rs. 120/=
