both my tickets got cancelled even after opting for travel guarantee feature. fucking bullshit app. and once the tickets got cancelled of the first train they only refund the twice of base fare and not the extra money of travel guarantee. that too only one ticket money in source account from where the money is deducted and another ticket money as a coupon to book another train or bus or flight. now if you opt to travel via train using that coupon and if your second trains ticket get cancelled too, you're never getting the coupon money back. WHAT A FUCKING SCAM IT IS. I'll file a case against this app in consumer court. be ready!

worst train. late by 5 hours. still not reach kolkata station. I came to from other persons that it usually late by 2-3 hours . why this kind of train run by Indian railway? why appointing people who are not interested to maintain punctuality, not known the alternative. why people setting in room and making rules as an excuse?

No Pantry . But food sell by vendors are poor quality . No hygenic , Toilet are horrible condition . Pungent smell , no water supply in toilet and wash basin . Complained to ticket conductor , but no action

It was late by an hour. Travelled by Indian railways after a year and realised they have even decreased the legroom just like the airlines do. Pantry car unavailable so would recommend to carry your own lunch if you are going on a long journey on this train. That's all.
