1. No food service was available.
2. Ferrying vendors were selling very low grade and non hygienic foods.
3. No cleaning staff were available in the train. So coaches were dirty and unhygienic.

all good except one thing... when I booked tickets for 3 at a time but getting seat like 61 92 104 not getting similar even available seat

The T.C was not satisfied. The atmosphere of the train in a coach I was seated very odd. it was like a general compartment.

good timing, coach quality not good, there are no pockets back side of the seat for water bottle, leg space not enough

EVERYTHING WAS GOING GOOD. BUT WHEN THE TRAIN DEPARTED KISHANGANJ, JUST THEN SOMETHING WAS THROWN TOWARDS THE WINDOW OF THE COACH NO. C1. MY REQUEST IS TO IRCTC TO TAKE ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. OTHERWISE THE ATTENDEDS WERE REALLY VERY GOOD AND THEY ALWAYS TRY TO CLEAN THE TARAIN. THANK YOU

This was an EXCELLENT train. sorry to say that now it is BAD .STAFF behaviour excellent. But regular late running is BAD
