बहुत घटिया सेवा दिया गया है ।
कन्फर्म टिकट के नाम पर एक्स्ट्रा चार्ज लेकर भी कन्फर्म नही कर रहा है । जानता को गुमरहा कर रहा है ।

it should be mentioned in ticket seprately whether price of bed roll is paid or not in ticket coz the bed roll guy most of the time says that u havent paid for bed roll and then you have to argue with him
