My account was locked yesterday due to multiple incorrect passwords. I was unable to log in.

The journey date was yesterday.
please cancel and refund the whole amount

The train was almost clean enough but at night we faced huge problem due to attacks by huge rats. My husband was in a side upper berth where in the mid night rats started running around the berth due to which he had to call the housekeeping, RPF to shoo away the rat. That was really disturbing amid the sleep time.

Very bad experience in RAC since I purchased tickets in online 59 days ago. Unnecessary made RAC on last time. Did not confirm the seat whole night.

Four hours late. Messed up my travel plans. Indian Railways should take some responsibility for punctuality of its train. I should be compensated

berth quality very poor. RAC process should be rectified, accomodation of two passengers in a single berth is not hygienic and also not comfortable for three passengers.

Down train 12344 is good for timing but up train is now too late to reach in New Jalpaiguri, one more thing, there is no pantry car in this train.

Basically this is one of the premium train of North Bengal. But the journey experience was horribly wrong. Train was late by 5.15 hours. And there is no pantry car in the train. Local hackers are available with cheap quality foods. overall experience for these journey is so bad to describe with words.

RAC WAS 1 ,2,3,4,5,6 ( AC 2 T) NOT CONFIRM AT THE TIME OF CHART. RAC SHOWN 43 & 45 AND ANOTHER 43 & 45 IN ANOTHER COACH.
THIS IS NOT TOLERABLE.
