All train must have pentry car with good cook and good serving boy.

Sometime service not good because some people who not to carry reservation train ticket but they are setting and crowded reservation compartment.but ticket collector not action or punishment from them. Please attention for this matter. And toilet service not well because they're no pot available for water using.

In every stopage many minor boys & girls came with jharu every compartment then clean & beg for money & stolen shoe rly has to do strict action against & do something for poor girls & boys education

Train arrived Howrah at around 11:30 A.M. delayed by more than an hour. Train is super fast and runs only 259 K.M. and if it gets delay by more than an hour for such short journey it's really a matter of worry..
Also it's showing that train arrived Howrah at 10:40 A.M..i don't know how..
