sit was very bad,foot stand,rack all broken,very bad experiences. In online booking we always have window side option,but we never have..Overall very poor service and very poor confirmtkt website

AC was not running properly so I had to travel with so hot atmosphere. The AC was not properly run during our total journey in spite of repeated request to the railway attendant. Please take an most urgent care for it and get it improved immediately so far as the passenger comfort is concerned. thanks.

Arrived 21 minutes late at burdwan Station, and we had to wait for half an hour on the over bridge, since the platform no. was announced just before the arrival of the train. We had to rush with our luggages and kids, down the bridge, which was really an harrasment.
