Train arrived & departed in right time which impressed me a lot because I always give priority the punctuality.I did not consume any food from your side.As this format does not allow me to submit my opinion I opt only one star for food quality.

There is no food available on train. other than some roaming tea hawker and 'mooriwala'. The train departed from HOWRAH exactly on 10:10am. But, after burdwan the train started to delay. In guskara the train stopped for atleast 40-45 minutes.

good.one side window locked at seat no D1 -69.no persons help them to open the window.insufficient airaretion.pls lookafter this.
