TTE RPF and GRP staffs are not doing their religiously. if anyone said I'm staff they are not asking for the ticket or sending in other coache. the locals are made the 3A coache passenger coach.
without highlighting by someone they should send that person in the other coache.
instead of confirming RAC person ticket The Rispective TTE selling the seat to other person. totally horrible experience.

There is filth everywhere and the whole train smells, there is no water in the toilets in reservation coaches, just like general coaches, all local pacers do filth, smoke and drink alcohol in the toilet

Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Arrangement Of Which Coach Is Coming near which place At The Railway Station And Weather It Is Working Properly Or Not Check On Daily Basis Must

The train started one hour late from Prayagraj. The train was detained by one hour at Varanasi Cantt. The train was stopped at unstoppable stations. It also gave passes to other trains. The TTe didn't turn up to check the ticket throughout the journey. The train was five hours late at Howrah station.

very bad service, the train landed at the station 5 hours late, and the total journey was 11 hours late. and food we were ordered no onion garlic food after check with staff and he committed he will serve no onion garlic food, but once we open the food box and show they serve onion garlic , pathetic experience we will never journy with this train

Shame on you for providing such poor service because 1 or 2 hours late for a day or two day's is ok, but shame on you for running 9 or 10 hours late every day.

The condition of washroom is unusable. In SL class no proper checking of tickets & lots of people without tickets board the compartment As a result Harresment to the people who are going via reservation. Food quality of IRCTC is worst not eatable. Last but not the least train is late by 3 hours and 13 minutes. Worst ever train journey experience 😡😡😡

I am apassenger of A 1. TT of this train is didn't bother of Passengers Safety and comfortibility, inside the coop TT opened a ticket counter. once I feel I am traveling at local bus, that his helper is calling Passengers and maintaining line though other passengers get insecure after they buy ticket long before. THOSE ACTIVITIES RUN BY ONE OF OUR GREAT SERVANT OF RAILWAYS STAFF(TT) upto 14:35. I didn't see him after Joshidi station. I hope Railways authorities will take care of this kind of TT .

it's really a horrible journey, so many outsider occupied bathrooms passage. Felt very insecure during night. Train condition horrible especially the windows. People without confirm tickets made the situation worse.
it's requested to rly authorities look into this matter seriously for better service.

In spite of booking within 15 mins in the opening date, no lower berth was alloted out of three though option was given for lower, middle, upper. A bit suprising. At the time of travel, we found co passengers, not senoir citizens & booked late was given lower berth.

OK but there was no pantry car other vendor was charging more when I asked you should charge as per railway standards. they were arguing. Even it is not good for security if somebody is buying foods from unknown vendors

very worst train in this route I will never travel again in this train & I suggest to all who travel in concern root not prefers this train in any way.
