I purchased the subject tickets for ₹1326/- out of which ₹880/- for tickets and ₹418/- for Travel Guarantee charge (rest other minor charges). But in the event of non confirmation you refunded ₹730/- only.
Why ?
Why the fees taken in the name of "Travel Guarantee" also not refunded ?
It's a clear example of cheating in the name of so called "Guarantee".
Overall remark in this case is "worst"

coach M1 have less space for corridor that's why on haridwar station we felt very suffocating in train like general or sleeper class crowded

Needs More Cleaning Ness & Hospitality & Stop Unauthorized Persons In Trains Coaches
Improve WL Trends Also
Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Arrangement Of Which Coach Is Coming near which place At The Railway Station And Weather It Is Working Properly Or Not Check On Daily Basis Must

2tier Ac coaches Ac is not working properly.. passenger were disturbed.. 2yier Ac condition is very bad then what is the condition of sleeper class?? horrible train journey...

A little crowded in the AC compartment why it so I don't know without ticket people travels a lot after Deen Dayal Station.

Train was 3.5 hrs late because of Vande bhart. train halted for almost 2 hrs on outer of Varanasi station. please avoid such practice.

Very Dirty Train, Spider Webs were in Bogies & Toilets, Toilets were very Dirty as well as the Compartments, No Rail Neer Bottles were Sold.

very bad in bihar as tte and RPf are taking money from people who are with general ticket and some without ticket who are boarding sleeper class...sleeper class is fully congested no law and order in bihar
