a lot of general ticket holding passengers board the reserved coaches of this train. Between the journey of AF to BWN no TTE or RPF came. There were more general ticket holders than reservation ticket holders on every non-ac coaches.
Train does not maintain time punctuality at all.

Very bad quality train. No Food Pantry Car alloted. No Order of Time. 7-8 hours late. But, Train is clean. No water supply most of the time. Toilets and Latrines are remains uncleaned.

That was really a worse jouney ever ..we had to go panta but they cancelled the patna route..wow what a great service had given by Indian railways

I have unlimited bad experience with this train it need to reach at Kolkata at 4:00 pm and I reached at 10 :00 pm

There are no pantry car, though it was passed many stations and also longest train. All the passengers were facing troubles for the food.
Staff behavior is not good. The train wasn't Cleaned by the cleaning staffs.

After Agra the train gets delayed by upto 4 hrs before reaching Mughalsarai. Happens every time.
