this is not a premium train. toilets are so dirty and smelling also. no one is cleaning nd no one there housekeeping boy. I ask some train staff he said that I m only one person nd i have clean to 5 coach. i totally shock this answer. make you charge 2500 for 3rd ac make sure good service are provided. toilets are smiley nd coach also. i think no one take responsibility. becoz passengers are fool no one rise voice. make sure in future you are do good service provided

food quality worst than you can think about in Rajdhani train. No quality inspection.No taste, package dal should be stopped . Service by irctc staff was very unprofessional, I had raise complain in irctc portal. As for train quality, don't seems that we were traveling in Rajdhani. Toilets were not been cleaned regularly. Blankets were dirty and torned. Really disappointing the way Rajdhani train degraded, if this is the standard then we should not make any claims of progress. No supervision at all.

coach attendant serve tea too early. another person selling tea in every 5/10 minutes on chargeable basis.. you can't compare difference between the 2. I landed in situation and ask paid attendant to give tea.

The food was pathetic, it needed to be upgraded on every front. We have much better Street food. Railways should give this tender to those street vendors. But without commission, in India nothing can be done

very poor service. ek glass hot water mere dwara manga gaya jo abhi tak mere seat per nahi diya gaya hai. irctc ke taraf se ayese laparwahi ki umid nahi thi. your service perfomance is very very poor.

Need to have washrooms cleaner. And, installation of liquid soap dispensers at the basins outside the washrooms, irrespective of the coach classes. This is a must to have. Also, to promote and inherit cleanliness.Food quality and quantity to be improved.

All boggy were arranged from different trains. So the quality was missing. One boggy of humsafar and one of sampark kranti. Likewise various boggies were managed for the day.

train quality needs to be improved specially when you are changing almost near to air fair.Qwality of food as I saw was not very inspiring too,needs improvement,train almost maintained punctuality.Servoced of attendant bearers and Safaiwalas was not up to the mark

very bad experience I have got. mismanagement n the serving of food to the passengers. pantry staff is also not cooperating with the passengers. overall very bad experience.

Train was in time,cleanliness is satisfactory but food quality and quantity is not as per guideline.pantry personnel asking money for their service which not looks good.
