Subject: Complaint Regarding Unhygienic Conditions in Train Coach Dear Sir/Madam, I am currently traveling on Train No. _12307 (Train Name: _howra jodhpur express), in Coach _ S7, Seat/Berth No. ___80___. I would like to bring to your attention that the condition of the coach is extremely unhygienic. The toilets are very dirty and not cleaned properly. There is a foul smell, and basic cleanliness is not maintained. Additionally, the seats are also unclean, which is causing great discomfort during the journey. This level of service is unacceptable and does not meet the expected standards. I request you to kindly arrange immediate cleaning of the toilets and the coach. I hope you will take prompt action on this matter. Thank you. Yours sincerely, Name: Uttam biswas Mobile No: 9252000110

Tickets are not being made through the official app of Railways, the same tickets are prepared easily by brokers outside, whereas the app of Railways does not complete the refund, also deducts Rs 60-70. regret

The condition of the train was so bad. Curtains were in torn and ugly condition. No handwash was kept in the wash basin. pillows were in poor condition. But the OBHS service was satisfactory. Other coach passengers were using the toilets and those became dirty

the train was clean and the workers were soo nice and cleaning the train compartment time to time. AlAlthough the train was bit late but was not that much late. also if you are travelling in non AC Compartment then you definitely feel jerks and shakes in the train .

tickets reserve for sr.ctzn should be allocated in lower birth. it is observed that most of the berths in B1 coach in Hwh JU express are alloted in upper berths or middle berths which is very much painful. because most of the sr ctzn are affected with knee problems and unable to climb on upper and middle berths. Therefore it is requested look into the matter seriously.

train running good but some junction like Allahabad, Kanwar, tundla forces the train to running late. at Kanwar train stopped 2hr45min , at tundla junction train took 40 min to reach junction by traveling a distance of 1.3km.
